COLD & HOT APPLICATION

1.COLD APPLICATION-Refrigerate or freeze gel pack for at least 2 hours.

2.HOT APPLICATION-Flatten the gel pack in the microwave.heat for 10-30 seconds. If the back doesn't feel hot enough for you, proceed to heat the other side for 10 seconds at a time. (STOP heating if starts expand likes a balloon. Please do so with caution or pack will burst/leak.)

HOW TO USE

1. After freezing or heating the gel pack, place the packs into the specially designed pouch at the back of the wrap

2.Wrap around the foot and ankle

3.fasten the Adhesive tapes

4.adjust Adhesive tape straps as need

TIPS

1.Due to the pack design sometimes the gel is not uniform in all areas

Lightly push down on the pack to fill all areas by kneading before use

2.Treat area for 15-20 minutes at a time

3.Do not use gel pack directly on the skin
