The Wilson Energy Graphite paddle is from Wilson Sports’ second line of pickleball paddles. Wilson Sports, international sporting goods company, has developed their own pickleball paddle series.
The Graphite Energy paddle is a beauty with its tasteful navy, white and black design. The smooth face is decorated with a slightly raised criss-cross print on its top graphite layer. The core is a Nomex honeycomb that is incredibly strong but also light. Measured across, the width of the Energy Graphite paddle by Wilson Sports is 7-9/16”. The black edge guard is firmly in place and helps with adding pop to the sweet spot and, like all edge guards, it protects the edge and will make the paddle more durable. The length of the Graphite Energy paddle is 15-9/16” long and has a good-sized 4-3/4” long handle.
The Energy paddle's cushion grip has a relatively small grip circumference measuring 4-1/8” around. The Energy is a solid high-quality middle weight paddle, weighing at 7.8 ounces.
