Details: The Salomon Aero Junior Grip cross-country skis are amazing little skis for junior Nordic skiers. Salomon has been making quality products in the Nordic world for quite some time, and they've always done a good job with including the kids. As a family activity, there's not a whole lot that's more fun and healthier than a few days at the Nordic center. It sometimes gets a bad rap as being boring, but I've found it to be more exhilarating than downhill skiing on many occasions. The lack of control on the down hills makes it super-fun and exciting, so it makes the climbing and the hard work certainly worth it. Salomon's Aero Junior Grip skis have a traditional waxless base with fish scales, providing the skier with predictable and consistent grip and glide. They've got a friendly sidecut, measuring 51/47/50 mm. This makes it easier to turn and change direction giving kids more power and control. It's imperative to keep the kids going out there, as sometimes the process can be a burden. To accomplish this, Salomon builds the skis with a Densolite 1000 core. It's light, responsive, and light. Coming in at 385 grams, the Aero Junior skis have a feather-like quality to them. As a result, you'll be a lot more efficient as both individuals and family members out there-able to cover more ground and have more fun, thanks to the Salomon Aero Junior Grip cross-country skis.
